Whether you’re in Annex North
in San Lorenzo or Annex South in Hayward, all of our premier
rehearsal studios are double walled and acoustically designed
with state-of-the-art Auralex soundproofing for minimal sound
bleed between rooms. And whether you like the space tight or
live, we’ll work with you to get the custom sound you're
looking for.

All the 25 rooms have isolated wiring designed to reduce amp
buzz, and if you want,
bring in your recording equipment and lay down a few tracks.
These rooms won’t let you down.
A majority of the rooms have been designed with air conditioning
and Internet access. All have 24-hour surveillance, ground
level access, and if you need, Annex also offers equipment
rental.
So light it up, blow it out, play as loud or as low as you
want. This is your space to access anytime, day or night.
