Annex is still like

With two locations, Annex North in San Lorenzo and Annex South in
Hayward, our 24/7 policy means this is a place you can access whenever
the inspiration hits you, day or night. A studio that’s yours
by the month, not the day or week, so you can set up and get down
to business.
Annex’s 25 rooms have 24-hour surveillance and motion sensor
DVR security equipment. What’s more, they come in various sizes,
from 12 x 12 to 20 x 30, ideal to address your every need and budget.
Plus, we try to customize each space as much as possible to give
